  • Velocity checks at grant time; bonus-time fraud checks are velocity-only
  • Duplicate Accounts review across email, phone, device, address, name, IP and location in the Risk workspace
  • in-house fraud scoring at registration and login with device fingerprinting and block-on-decline
  • Activation gated by the bonusActivate permission and recorded in the Activity Log

Money and diagnostics

  • Locked-funds bookkeeping symmetric end to end, with automatic restores

A grant can start in the wizard, a manual mass trigger, a CRM journey step or a VIP tier-up reliably. Every route ends on the same grant path, which checks per-player, per-day, global, budget and cooldown limits at the moment of the grant.

What promotions and finance teams ask.

Does the engine stop multi-account bonus abuse?
Not by itself. Bonus-time checks are velocity-only. Duplicate Accounts matching across email, phone, device, address, name, IP and location, fraud scoring with block-on-decline and the risk case workflow live in the Risk workspace, and risk auto-actions ship report-only until you enable them.
Can we cap what a promotion costs?
Yes. A budget limit in dollars, a global grant count, per-player and per-day counts and a cooldown are enforced on every grant path. Locked liability is visible in analytics and on the dashboard.
How does playthrough work?
Locked funds progress in order against game contribution rates set per brand, up to 50x, with a max-win cap and expiry. Sportsbook bonus money follows a min-odds rule. Players see locked versus redeemable balance and their progress.
Are free spins bonuses?
Yes. Alea free spins use the aggregator's free spins API and Originals free spins run on the in-house games. Both have their own console pages, and Originals free spins need the originalsFreeSpinsManage permission.
Can CRM journeys grant bonuses?
Yes. The Grant Bonus step in a journey and the VIP tier-up bonus reliably both use the same grant path, so the same five limits apply.
Can we reuse definitions across brands?
Definitions export and import as JSON, CSV or XLSX. Network defaults set contribution rates, playthrough, max-win cap, expiry and sports min odds, and each brand can override them.
