Player experience

One player front end, every business model.

Forty-eight player-facing routes cover the lobby, wallets, store, rewards, VIP page, chat and account. Set a brand to Sweepstakes, Real Money or Crypto and the same front end swaps its wallets, cashier and compliance surfaces.

What players get

Lobby to cashier to rewards, with no seams.

Every screen reads the same ledger and player record as the operator console. A purchase shows up in the wallet header, the bonus wallet, the VIP ladder and purchase history the moment the ledger commits.

  • Rule-based and curated categories, showcases, trending, New and Hot flags and a provider strip
  • Search, favorites and demo play across the whole catalog
  • Live winners feed in real time and big-win sharing
  • Banner carousels in every lobby placement, CMS pages and landing pages
  • Game launch with secure session tokens and realtime balance sync

Wallets, store and cashier

  • Multi-wallet header for fiat, crypto, Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC), with locked vs available balance
  • Fiat wallet types in USD, EUR and GBP; BTC, ETH and USDT with full crypto precision
  • Store with classic, premium and compact layouts, up to featured hero packages, countdowns, purchase limits and purchase history
  • Hosted checkout in the methods each market expects: cards, instant bank transfers, e-wallets, local schemes, Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported, and 150+ cryptocurrencies, with server-side price verification
  • Store + Redeem or Deposit + Withdraw cashier, chosen by the brand's business model

Rewards and community

  • Rewards page with daily and manual bonuses, login streaks with a grace period and missions
  • Bonus wallet with playthrough progress and the max-win cap visible to the player

  • Geo-restricted page with state-level checks and GPS re-check where the brand requires it
  • Notifications center and Intercom support widget
Themes and native shells

Multiple themes, iOS and Android, one codebase.

The React front end ships with a family of UI themes and skins, from iOS Glass to Arcade Royale, plus dark and light modes. Capacitor shells wrap the same code for iOS and Android, with Swift and Kotlin plugins where the web cannot reach.

  • Face ID, Touch ID and fingerprint login, FCM push and in-app review prompts
  • Deep links: direct, deferred and universal, with AppsFlyer attribution on install
  • Per-brand app icons and splash screens from the same brand configuration
  • AMOE mail-in entries switch on per brand for sweepstakes markets
  • Not a PWA: the web app and the native shells are the two supported surfaces
How a brand's front end goes live

Business model first, lobby content last.

  1. Step 1
    Set the business model

Sweepstakes, Real Money or Crypto is a brand setting. It selects the wallet types, the Store + Redeem or Deposit + Withdraw cashier, AMOE.

  2. Step 2
    Choose the look

Pick a UI theme and skin, dark or light, and set brand assets, app icons and splash screens per brand.

  3. Step 3
    Wire the cashier and KYC

Connect the payment rails, ID verification, geo rules and Responsible Gaming defaults from the brand configuration pages.

  4. Step 4
    Fill the lobby

Categories sync nightly from rules, banners go into their lobby placements, packages into the store and CMS pages into the nav. Then soft launch.

Who it is for

Marketing, compliance and support see the same player.

Change the lobby without a release.

  • Banners in every lobby placement with A/B weights
  • Store layouts and featured heroes per brand
  • CMS pages with draft, published and scheduled states
  • Categories and showcases from rules or curation
Evaluator questions

What product teams ask about the front end.

Is the player front end a PWA?
No. It is a React web app plus Capacitor native shells for iOS and Android, with Swift and Kotlin plugins for biometrics, push, deep links and device fingerprinting. There is no PWA install path.
Which payment methods can players use?
The ones their market trusts: cards and local debit, instant bank transfers and open banking, e-wallets and vouchers, mobile money, local schemes such as PIX, Interac, PayID or iDEAL, Apple Pay and Google Pay where the market supports them, and deposits and withdrawals in 150+ cryptocurrencies and stablecoins into full-precision wallets. Methods are connected per market through our payment partners and enabled per brand, and payouts leave through a queue that shows the risk context on every request.
Can the same front end serve sweepstakes and real-money brands?
Yes. The business model is a brand setting. A sweepstakes brand gets Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins, a Store and Redeem cashier, AMOE; a real-money brand gets fiat wallets in USD, EUR or GBP with Deposit and Withdraw flows. Both run on the same code and the same ledger.
What responsible-gaming tools do players get?
Deposit, loss, wager, single-bet and session limits, reality checks, cooling off and self-exclusion from one day to permanent, all from the Responsible Gaming tab in the profile. Defaults are set per brand.
How do players receive notifications?
In the notifications center, and by email, SMS and iOS or Android push through CRM campaigns. Web push is coming soon, and there are no redemption notifications out of the box today.
