Do sports and casino share a wallet and a bonus balance?
Yes. One wallet per currency covers sports, casino, Originals and poker, with locked and redeemable balance shown separately. Bonus money on sports follows the minimum-odds rule; game contribution rates apply on casino.
Can CRM react to betting behavior?
Journeys enter on event and schedule triggers and can wait for a purchase or deposit, a login, a bonus claim and other real events, then branch. Sports-specific bet-settled triggers are not in the trigger list today; teams model matchday flows with schedules, wait-until and condition steps.
Is there a free-bet report?

Can a sportsbook-led brand run on the sweepstakes model?
Yes. The business model is a brand setting. A sweepstakes brand can enable Altenar with Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins wallets and the Store and Redeem cashier; a real-money brand uses Deposit and Withdraw. Whether sports is permitted under your model is a question for your counsel.
