Brazil to the Andes: local rules, one core.
Latin America regulates country by country and, in Argentina, province by province. Brazil opened a federal regime in 2025, Colombia and Peru license locally, Mexico works through permit holders. GameBridge gives each market its own brand, compliance settings and payment rails, with Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese as site languages.
Business models that work here.
Real-money where licensed
Deposit and withdraw flows with fee and net preview, KYC, responsible-gaming limits and audit-ready reports. Local currency wallet types are added per licence.
ПодробнееSportsbook-led brands
Football-first audiences start with Altenar pre-match and live markets, free bets and a min-odds rule for bonus money, then cross-sell into 3,300+ aggregated titles and Originals from the same wallet.
ПодробнееCrypto-ready via international routes
Where no local regime exists, operators use Curaçao or Anjouan routes with BTC, ETH and USDT wallet types, provably fair Originals and strict country lists that counsel signs off.

Regulatory snapshot
- Brazil: online betting and gaming run under a federal authorization regime since 2025, administered by the Secretariat of Prizes and Bets at the Ministry of Finance (SPA/MF). Local entity, PIX and identity checks are part of scoping.
- Colombia: Coljuegos has licensed online gaming since 2016 and expects a local company and local reporting. Peru: MINCETUR administers the online law in force since 2024.
- Mexico: online play runs through permits under SEGOB, usually with an existing permit holder. Chile is still debating its framework; we treat it as pending.
- Argentina licenses province by province, led by Buenos Aires City and Province. A brand per province is configuration, not a rebuild.
Platform readiness
- Country geo allow and deny per brand, MaxMind GeoIP with GPS re-check, restricted-region page
- Real Money mode as a brand setting maps the cashier to Deposit and Withdraw and applies RG defaults
- ID and selfie verification with liveness; in-house fraud scoring at registration and login; duplicate accounts
- Spanish (Latin America) and Portuguese (Brazil) site languages
- Deposit, loss, wager, single-bet and session limits, reality checks, cooling off, self-exclusion
Local content and payments
- PIX for Brazil on request; PSE, SPEI, Mercado Pago and local acquiring scoped per country
- Card checkout with Apple Pay and Google Pay where the market supports them, connected per market through our payment partners where acquiring covers the country
- USD wallet type integrated; BRL, MXN, COP, PEN, ARS and CLP wallet types on request
- Altenar sportsbook with cashout, free bets and IP allow-list on callbacks
- Alea aggregation with crash, bingo and scratchcards; Originals

How a launch runs here.
- Step 1Choose countries and route
Licensed markets (Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Argentine provinces, Mexico via a permit holder) each mean a local entity and licence. Multi-country crypto-ready brands look at Curaçao or Anjouan, with counsel confirming the country list.
- Step 2Pick the engagement model
Turnkey when you hold or are applying for the licence; White label when GameBridge carries entity, acquiring and operations under your brand. Managed services add CRM, 24/7 support, risk and payments ops.
- Step 3Configure the brand
Real Money mode, country geo, RG defaults, Spanish or Portuguese site language, ID verification and fraud scoring, packages and content exclusions. PIX and local PSPs are wired in as scoped.
- Step 4Soft launch and expand
Soft launch with test accounts excluded from reports, then the next country as a second brand on the same network defaults, typically in days.
