Straight answers before you choose a platform.

The questions operators, compliance officers and finance teams ask before they choose a platform, answered the way we answer them in a first call: what is in the product today, what is on request, and what is not there yet.

FAQ

Straight answers to the questions we hear most.

If your question is not here, it is probably answered on the system page it belongs to, or in a thirty-minute call.

What is GameBridge?
An iGaming platform built and operated by GameBridge Services Limited: one hardened core for player accounts, wallets and a double-entry ledger, bonuses, CRM, VIP, risk, payments and analytics, with a 90+ screen operator console, native iOS and Android apps, provably fair Originals, an in-house poker room and GameBridge Studios, an AI slot studio. Internally we call the core a PAM. Commercially it replaces the PAM, the CRM tool and the bonus vendor, and adds a game studio.
Who is it for, and which verticals does it cover?
Licensed operators, teams launching under a lawful sweepstakes model, and groups running several brands. The business model is a brand setting: sweepstakes and social (Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins on one ledger, AMOE), real-money (deposit and withdraw flows, KYC, responsible-gaming limits), crypto-ready (BTC, ETH and USDT wallet types with full crypto precision, provably fair Originals), sportsbook-led (Altenar, pre-match and live, free bets with min odds) and live casino (Iconic21). Poker is in-house.
How long does it take to launch?
Typically 4–8 weeks from signed scope to first bet for a turnkey or white-label launch, depending on licensing, payment onboarding and content curation. Weeks 1–2 configure brand, payments, KYC, geo and content; weeks 3–5 curate the catalog, Originals, promotions and the native app builds; weeks 6–8 run pre-open money audits, staff training and soft launch. The launch program has the week-by-week plan.
Can you help with licensing?
Yes. Under white label we supply the licence, the entity and payment acquiring under your brand. Under turnkey we work with your licence and can guide the application. Routes we work with include the Isle of Man, the UK (UKGC), Malta (MGA), Curaçao, Cyprus, Gibraltar, Kahnawake and PAGCOR (Philippines), with Costa Rica as a corporate base, Belize once its 2026 licensing regime opens, and Anjouan for crypto-friendly setups where counsel is comfortable with its contested standing. See licensing and corporate services. Regulatory summaries are orientation, not legal advice.
Which payment methods are supported?
Every payment method a market expects, connected per market through our payment partners and enabled per brand: cards and local debit, instant bank transfers and open banking, e-wallets and vouchers, mobile money, local schemes such as PIX and Boleto, Interac, PayID, iDEAL, Trustly, MB Way or Bizum, Apple Pay and Google Pay where the market supports them, and deposits and withdrawals in 150+ cryptocurrencies and stablecoins. Every rail runs through the same verified payment callbacks, retry-safe money paths and server-side price verification, with chargeback handling and payer binding on card and bank settlements. Wallet types cover USD, EUR and GBP plus BTC, ETH and USDT with full crypto precision. Details on payments and ledger.
How does KYC work?
Identity verification is built in: ID document plus selfie with liveness, with hardened callbacks. In-house fraud scoring scores every registration and login with device fingerprinting through the native plugins and can block on decline. MaxMind gives a second opinion on location, and Duplicate Accounts matches across email, phone, device, address, name, IP and location. For sweepstakes brands, Sweeps Coins redemption requires playthrough and completed KYC. Risk scoring feeds a case workflow with assignment, escalation and SLAs; auto-actions ship report-only until you enable them. See risk, KYC and compliance.
What responsible-gaming tools are included?
Player-set deposit, loss, wager, single-bet and session limits, reality checks, cooling off, and self-exclusion from one day to permanent, all in the player's profile. Operators set responsible-gaming defaults per brand, and the marketing consent matrix (email, SMS, push, phone, post and partner, split by casino and sports) with one-click unsubscribe is enforced on every send. Sweepstakes brands add AMOE and sweepstakes rules pages.
Who owns the data?
You do. GameBridge does not claim ownership of your player data, transaction records or business information. Reports export to CSV and XLSX from the Advanced Report and background jobs; bonuses, banners, packages, segments, campaigns and the games catalog export as JSON; and the service agreement provides a data export period of at least 30 days after termination. Player records can be purged under GDPR with a typed confirmation.
Where is it hosted, and how is it secured?
On AWS behind Cloudflare (WAF, DDoS protection, CDN and geo), with PostgreSQL, Redis and S3 with CDN for media. The architecture is a modular Go core plus an AI worker, not microservices. Operator access uses role-based permissions (page keys per screen, action permissions on every money-moving operation, seeded departments) enforced in the sidebar, the route guard and the server, admin 2FA with authenticator app and backup codes, and an Activity Log on every admin action. Health and readiness probes, structured logs and CloudWatch cover operations. More on architecture and security.
Can you integrate a vendor we already use?
Often, yes. 22+ vendors are integrated today, from Alea, Iconic21 and Altenar to the payment partners behind cards, bank transfers and crypto, ID verification, in-house fraud scoring, MaxMind, AWS SES, Twilio, Firebase, Intercom, the pixel platforms, AppsFlyer and Everflow. A vendor outside that list goes through the partner process: technical review, sandbox, certification, go-live. The full list is on integrations.
Can we run more than one brand?
Yes, without limit. Brands share one codebase and one database with complete player isolation. Network System Defaults set the baseline across 100+ settings; each brand overrides what it needs in its own configuration pages, with its own payments, pixels, senders, VIP ladder and content exclusions, plus 20 feature flags. Operators switch brands with the Working Brand selector in every console screen. See multi-brand.
How is pricing structured?
Four components: a setup fee, a tiered percentage of GGR, a monthly platform fee and pass-through third-party costs such as aggregation, payments, KYC and SMS. White label carries a higher GGR share because it includes licence, entity, acquiring and operations; turnkey carries a lower share. Contracts run on 12-month rolling terms. We do not publish figures because the tiers depend on model, markets and volume; engagement models explains what each includes, and a scoping call produces a written quote.
Can we migrate from another platform?
Yes. Players import from Excel; bonuses, banners, packages, segments, campaigns and the games catalog import from JSON with a preview or dry run; GameBridge Studios games move between environments as portable game packages. Balances, KYC status and open bonuses are handled as a mapped migration agreed during scoping. Start with switching to GameBridge.
Which languages are supported?
This website is published in 16 languages. Player-facing language is a brand setting, configured alongside the brand's currencies, themes and content, so each brand serves the languages its market needs. Email and SMS templates are authored per brand.
What does support look like?
Operator support runs through support@gamebridge.io, with dedicated Slack or Teams channels for enterprise clients; response times and escalation are defined in the service agreement. Inside the console, 38 operator guides with role reading paths and a What's New feed answer most day-two questions. Player support is yours to run through the built-in Intercom widget, or ours under managed services, which adds 24/7 support, CRM and retention, risk and fraud, payments operations and VIP hosting.
Is the platform certified?
Not yet. We prepared the RNG dossier and submission handbook for GLI-11/GLI-19, BMM and iTech Labs, and every GameBridge Studios math version ships with a certification package: PAR sheet with RTP standard error and confidence interval, hit frequency, volatility, max-win reachability and 20,000,000+ simulated rounds, bound to the definition hash and engine version. No certificate has been obtained yet, so we say “certification-ready dossier”, not “certified”. Games from aggregated studios carry their studios' own certifications.
