Launch program
Every GameBridge brand launches on the same plan: four phases, eight workstreams and a named list of what we need from you in each one. Typical time to first bet is four to eight weeks, depending on engagement model and licence route.
- 4–8
- weeks to first bet, typical
- 22+
- vendors ready to switch on
- 100+
- settings configured per brand
- 38
- operator guides used in training
Scoping, brand and rails, content and apps, certify and open.
Turnkey brands typically close in four to six weeks because licence, entity and acquiring already exist. White label runs the full eight.
- Week 0Scoping
Your launch-wizard blueprint becomes a signed scope: markets, business model, licence route, rails, content, apps and the team on both sides.
- Weeks 1–2Brand and rails
Brand settings, theme, payments, KYC, geo and responsible-gaming defaults configured. Entity, licence and acquiring work in flight.
- Weeks 3–5Content and apps
Catalog curation, Originals and exclusive titles, packages, banners, promotions, CRM journeys and VIP ladder. Native app builds submitted to the stores.
- Weeks 6–8Certify and open
Pre-open money audits, compliance documentation, staff training with role reading paths, soft launch to a limited audience, then go-live.
What runs in parallel.
Workstreams overlap by design; the scope document fixes your spread.
- 01W0–W6Entity, licence, acquiring
Incorporation, licence route or licence review, bank and acquiring introductions, compliance documentation. The longest bar on the chart and the first to start.
- 02W1–W3Brand settings and theme
Network defaults and per-brand overrides across every settings category, a UI theme and skin, dark or light, logos, icons, senders and domains.
- 03W1–W4Payments, KYC, geo
Payment rails for your markets connected through our payment partners and enabled per brand, wallet types and business model, KYC, in-house fraud scoring, country and state rules with GPS re-check, redeem or withdraw flows.
- 04W2–W5Catalog and Originals
Aggregated content import with per-brand exclusions, rule-based categories, Originals limits and edges, AI thumbnails, live casino and sportsbook where scoped.
- 05W3–W6Promotions, CRM, VIP
Signup, login and purchase bonuses, packages and store layout, banners, welcome and reactivation journeys, VIP tiers and XP settings, segments.
- 06W4–W7Native apps
Capacitor iOS and Android builds with biometrics, push, deep links, AppsFlyer and per-brand icons and splash, submitted for store review.
- 07W6–W8Pre-open audits and training
Money-path checks on test accounts, permission review, 2FA enrollment, role reading paths from the 38 operator guides, runbooks for each queue.
- 08W7–W8Soft launch
A limited audience plays real flows end to end: purchase, bonus, play, redeem. Findings fixed, then go-live.
Decisions and assets, phase by phase.
Launches slip on decisions, not on configuration. This is the list we send in week zero.
Week 0: scoping
- Completed launch-wizard blueprint and a named decision-maker
- Target markets and business model: sweepstakes, real-money, crypto-ready or sportsbook-led
- Licence status: existing licence and conditions, or the route you want us to arrange
- Existing vendor contracts to keep, replace or migrate
- Team roster for console departments and training
Weeks 1–2: brand and rails
- Brand assets: logo, colors, typography, app icon and splash source files
- Domains and DNS access, sender addresses for email and SMS
- Payment preferences and acquiring paperwork, or introductions from us
- KYC policy, responsible-gaming defaults and geo rules signed off by compliance
- Terms, privacy and sweepstakes rules finalized with counsel
Weeks 3–5: content and apps
- Content preferences: providers, categories, exclusions, house games to feature
- Promotions calendar, welcome offer and VIP ladder decisions
- Copy and imagery approvals, or a brief for the AI studio and brand characters
- Apple Developer and Google Play accounts for native app submission
- Pixel, ad account and AppsFlyer access for the Analytics Setup Wizard
Weeks 6–8: certify and open
- Staff availability for training and 2FA enrollment
- Sign-off on the pre-open audit findings
- Soft-launch audience and support coverage plan
- Go-live date and communications
- Post-launch review cadence
Native apps ship inside the program, not after it.
iOS and Android builds start in week four from the same codebase as the web lobby. Store review is the one part of the schedule we do not control, so builds go in before soft launch.
- Capacitor shells with Swift and Kotlin plugins; Face ID, Touch ID and fingerprint
- Firebase push, direct, deferred and universal deep links, in-app review
- AppsFlyer attribution and OneLink deferred deep links
- Per-brand icons and splash screens; multiple UI themes and skins, dark and light
