The teams

Every team works where your own staff would.

Each function gets a department, a permission scope and 2FA in your console. Take one function or all of them.

CRM and retention

Lifecycle journeys across email, SMS, iOS and Android push, in-app and bonus grants: onboarding, reactivation and VIP nurture programs with A/B splits and attributed revenue.

24/7 player support

Round-the-clock coverage through the Intercom widget and the notifications center, with the full player profile and My Activity at hand for every conversation.

Risk and fraud

Case handling from open to resolve, duplicate-account review, fraud and KYC follow-ups, risk-rule tuning and manual overrides with mandatory reasons.

Payments operations

Redeem queue review with lifetime deposits, redeems and risk level per request, stuck provider transactions, payout exceptions and chargeback follow-up.

VIP hosting

Hosts work Radar candidates, Portfolios with caps, the daily Workroom, private VIP chat and Commitments with four-eyes comp approval and monthly budgets.

Paid media

Google Ads and Apple Search Ads campaigns measured through your GTM container, GA4 and AppsFlyer, with creative from the AI studio and your brand characters.

Content and design

Banners from the style library, packages, CMS pages, email and SMS templates and AI-generated media with brand character sheets, all through the review gate.

Reporting and reviews

Regular reviews against the service levels in your statement of work, using the same Analytics, VIP Reports and campaign funnels you see in the console.

Visible by design

Nothing happens off-platform.

Managed teams do not get a side system. They log into your console with a seeded department and scoped permissions, and every campaign activation, comp, wallet adjustment and case note lands in the same Activity Log your own staff use.

  • role-based permissions with page keys per screen and action keys for every money-moving operation, enforced in sidebar, route guard and server
  • Admin 2FA with an authenticator app, backup codes and lockout for every managed seat
  • Wallet adjustments and tier changes require a mandatory reason; VIP comps require four-eyes approval in the data
  • You keep full access, see the same dashboards, and can narrow or revoke a scope in one screen

How handover works

Scope, playbook, shadow, steady state.

Service levels are written into the statement of work per queue and reported against in every review.

  1. Step 1
    Scope and access

Agree which functions, coverage hours and languages. Departments, permission scopes and 2FA are set up for each named person on our side.

  2. Step 2
    Playbooks

Tone of voice, bonus and comp policy, escalation paths, risk thresholds and payout rules are written down with your compliance lead and loaded as platform settings wherever they can be.

  3. Step 3
    Shadow period

Our team works your queues alongside yours, or yours observes ours, until the playbook holds. Every action is visible in the Activity Log for review.

  4. Step 4
    Steady state and reviews

Queues run to the agreed service levels. Regular reviews cover KPIs, incidents and playbook changes, and either side can adjust scope on notice.

Commercial structure

A monthly retainer, scoped by team and coverage.

Managed services is an add-on to white label or turnkey, never a separate platform contract. No public figures: the retainer depends on functions, hours, languages and volume, and sits on the same proposal as the base model.

Monthly retainer

One line per function, priced by coverage window and expected volume, on twelve-month rolling terms aligned to the base contract.

Add or remove functions

Start with support and payments operations, add VIP hosting when Radar starts surfacing candidates, hand CRM back when you hire a head of retention.

Pass-through media spend

Advertising spend on Google Ads and Apple Search Ads passes through as incurred; the retainer covers the people running it.

Evaluator questions

What operators ask before handing over a queue.

Do we lose control of our players?
No. Our teams work in your console under scoped permissions with 2FA, and the Activity Log records every action with who, what, when and from where. You see the same dashboards and reports, and you can narrow or revoke a scope at any time.
Can we take a function back in-house later?
Yes. Because the work happens in your console, taking it back is a staffing change, not a migration. Playbooks, segments, journeys, comp templates and host portfolios are already in the platform for your team to continue.
How are service levels defined?
Per queue, in the statement of work: first response and resolution for support, review windows for redeem requests, case handling for risk, and campaign calendars for CRM. We do not publish blanket numbers because coverage hours, languages and volume change them; we report against the agreed ones in every review.
Which channels does the paid media team run?
Google Ads and Apple Search Ads, measured through the GTM container the Analytics Setup Wizard generates, GA4 and Google Ads conversion tracking, and AppsFlyer for installs and deferred deep links.
Is managed services available without white label or turnkey?
No. The teams work inside the GameBridge console, so it is an add-on to a white-label or turnkey brand running on the platform.
