White label

Everything but the brand, under your brand.

We arrange the licence route, incorporate the entity, introduce payment acquiring, run the platform and carry the regulated operations. You bring the brand, own the players and drive the marketing.

What is included

The company, the rails, the platform and the people who keep it compliant.

For teams that want a live, licensed brand without first building a regulated company. We carry the parts that take longest and carry the most risk.

Licence route and entity

  • Licence route matched to your markets and business model, with licensed counsel
  • Entity incorporation and banking introductions
  • Compliance documentation, including the certification-ready RNG dossier (GLI-11/19, BMM, iTech Labs)
  • Ongoing regulatory reporting support from platform reports

Payment acquiring

  • Acquiring introductions matched to your markets
  • Every payment method your markets expect, connected per market through our payment partners and enabled per brand: cards and local debit, instant bank transfers and open banking, e-wallets and vouchers, mobile money and local schemes such as PIX or Interac
  • Hosted checkout with Apple Pay and Google Pay, deposits and withdrawals in 150+ cryptocurrencies and stablecoins, and fast payouts with chargeback handling and payer binding on card and bank settlements
  • Verified payment callbacks, retry-safe settlements, exact to the cent postings

Platform and integrations

  • Player experience, console, bonus engine, CRM, VIP, risk, analytics and multi-brand on one core
  • Alea aggregation, Iconic21 live casino, Altenar sportsbook, ID verification, in-house fraud scoring, Twilio, Firebase, Intercom
  • Releases, updates and integration changes shipped by us

Operations we carry

  • Hosting on AWS behind Cloudflare, monitoring and health probes
  • Payments operations: settlements, redeem queue, payout exceptions
  • Risk and compliance operations for the licence: KYC and AML handling, geo controls, responsible-gaming defaults
  • Player CRM, 24/7 support, VIP hosting and paid media available as managed services
Portfolio ready

The second brand is a settings page, not a second project.

A second brand reuses the platform configuration and, where the licence allows, the same entity and acquiring, with its own look, payments, senders and content.

  • Unlimited brands on one codebase and database with complete player isolation
  • Network System Defaults with per-brand overrides across 100+ settings
  • Per-brand payments, pixels, senders, VIP ladders and content exclusions
  • Working Brand switcher in every operator screen

What you own

Brand, players and marketing stay yours.

The brand

Name, domains, logo, theme, app icons, splash screens and store listings, kept yours in the product through per-brand configuration.

The players

Profiles, consent, VIP tiers and activity live in your console, isolated from every other brand on the platform, and export to CSV and XLSX.

The marketing

Your GTM container, pixels, ad accounts, affiliate postbacks and CRM programs, yours to run or to hand to our managed teams.

How it rolls out

Six to eight weeks, four phases.

Entity, licence route and acquiring start on day one and run alongside configuration.

  1. Week 0
    Scoping

Your launch-wizard blueprint becomes a signed scope: markets, business model, licence route, rails, content and apps.

  2. Weeks 1–2
    Entity, acquiring, brand and rails

Incorporation and acquiring applications open. Brand settings, theme, payments, KYC and geo configured.

  3. Weeks 3–5
    Content and apps

Catalog curation, Originals, packages, banners, promotions and CRM journeys. Native app builds go to the stores.

  4. Weeks 6–8
    Certify and open

Pre-open money audits, compliance documentation, staff training and soft launch, then go-live once acquiring is live.

Commercial structure

Four components, no surprises.

No public figures: the tier depends on markets, verticals and scale. Every component is on the proposal before you sign; contracts run on twelve-month rolling terms.

Setup fee

Scoping, entity and licence-route work, configuration, content, apps and the launch program.

GGR revenue share

A tiered percentage of gross gaming revenue, higher than turnkey because we carry the licence and operations.

Monthly platform fee

A fixed monthly fee for running, monitoring and updating the platform under your brand.

Pass-through costs

Third-party charges such as KYC checks, SMS, payment processing and content fees, passed through as incurred.

Who it is for

What each seat at the table gets.

A live, licensed brand without building a regulated company first.

  • Licence route, entity and acquiring handled in parallel with the build
  • A second brand when the first one works, on the same core
  • One counterparty for platform, operations and compliance
Evaluator questions

What founders ask before signing a white-label agreement.

Who holds the licence?
The brand operates under a licence route we arrange, with an entity incorporated for the purpose and counsel licensed in that jurisdiction. We map the route in scoping and confirm it in the proposal. Regulatory summaries are orientation, not legal advice.
Why six to eight weeks and not four?
Configuration, content and apps fit in four to six weeks. Entity incorporation, acquiring approvals and licence-route paperwork usually set the pace, so they start in week zero and run alongside the build.
Can we move to our own licence later?
Yes. The platform, console and ledger are identical under turnkey, so obtaining your own licence is a commercial and regulatory transition, not a migration.
What counts as a pass-through cost?
Charges from third parties that scale with your activity: KYC checks, SMS, email volume, payment processing, content fees, and paid media spend if we run it. They are itemized rather than folded into the platform fee.
